The effort was manageable but not negligible
The training and onboarding process was generally aligned with the hours I actually work, which made it quite convenient. The modules were well structured to fit into my schedule, so I didn't have to rearrange much on my end. However, there was a moment when the pacing felt slightly intense for the time I could dedicate, especially during the initial sessions that required more concentration. The software training itself was comprehensive and helped me understand the remote workflow tools effectively. The onboarding flow was smooth once I got past the first day, although adapting to the calling tools took a bit more practice than I expected. All things considered, the effort required wasn’t overly taxing, but a little more spacing in the schedule could have been beneficial. Still, I appreciated the attempt to match the training with realistic work hours rather than squeezing it all in at inconvenient times, which I found respectful of my regular day.
