The effort was a bit more than I thought at first
At first, I figured the support would be straightforward, like just some quick phone calls or emails here and there. But actually, day-to-day, it turned into more of a steady back-and-forth. Calling their telephonic support was mostly pleasant enough, and they were generally helpful, but each time I had an issue or detail to clarify, it meant multiple contacts over days. There wasn’t really a one-call fix. I think they really try hard to help, and the priority assistance kicks in when needed, but you do have to put in some effort yourself to keep the flow going. Sometimes, I'd start to feel it was dragging on, but then after a bit more discussion, things would clear up. So really, it’s a bit of a mindset thing: if you’re ready to be patient and persistent, it gets better. I guess the main point is don’t expect instant results every time. I’m glad they keep updating the software automatically, which avoids fresh problems from piling up, so that saved me some repeat trips to support. Overall, it took more effort than I first thought, but it was worth it for how consistent the follow-up was.
