The effort to switch was definitely more than I thought
When I first started using the WFHI software, I was expecting a smoother transition compared to the tools I'd used before. It took quite some time to get everything set up properly—the onboarding flow felt a bit convoluted, especially getting used to the database feature. The calls through the dialer weren't as reliable as I hoped, often dropping or lagging, which was frustrating compared to my previous system. One thing I’ll admit was fine was the sign-up and payment process; it was straightforward enough, and invoices arrived promptly without any hiccups. Still, the automatic updates sometimes caused minor disruptions, requiring me to restart the software unexpectedly during crucial moments. The telephonic support was available, but not always as helpful as I needed, sometimes leaving me uncertain about certain features. Looking back, though, I see the potential for this platform; it does a lot once you get past the initial learning curve. I suppose the training sessions could have been more targeted to reduce confusion, as I often found myself waiting or repeating steps during onboarding. Overall, it was effortful to switch from my old setup, and I remain unsure whether it was the right choice based on my experience so far.
