The effort to start was more than I expected
My experience with accessing the WFHI software platform showed a mix of challenges and small successes. Initially, signing up went smoothly enough, but gaining access to all modules took longer than expected. The onboarding screens were updated automatically, which was a positive, yet I had to figure out several steps of the setup myself. It was only after multiple attempts that I was able to navigate the database feature, though I found it wasn’t as intuitive as I hoped. Using the dialer was fairly straightforward, once I was fully logged in. Calls could be made without any major issues during the week; however, the first day involved some trial and error. Telephonic support was helpful to some extent but wasn’t always immediate when I needed quick answers. Despite these delays, I managed to get up and running after about a week, which felt like a fair amount of effort considering the automated update promises. All things considered, I think the platform is functional but required more patience and time to fully access than I had initially anticipated.
