The effort to get things sorted was quite a journey
I was considering WFHI software and went through their sales process. Initially, things looked solid, but when some issues popped up during sign-up, it felt a bit overwhelming to sort them out. The back-and-forth communication with the sales team required patience; sometimes the response delay made me unsure if they'd address my concerns fully. However, I noticed that once they understood the problems, their effort to help was genuine and steady, even if paced slowly. The payment process wasn't flawless initially — some confusion about invoice details caused a need for clarification. Even so, the team remained available on phone and chat to guide me through the steps which was reassuring. Reflecting on this, I realize that it took a decent amount of persistence on my side to get through the glitches. The pre-purchase support was not perfect, but the willingness to assist helped somewhat. Despite the bumps, the overall experience implied that with enough effort, things do get in place. I just wish the whole beginning part was a bit less of a hassle and more streamlined to save time and reduce stress.
