The effort to fix access issues was exhausting
Looking back on using the software, access problems were really draining. I kept running into issues where the system wouldn't log me in properly, and there was no smooth fallback or clear guidance on what to do next. Each glitch meant jumping through hoops just to regain entry, which was frustrating after a while. I contacted telephonic support multiple times but their solutions felt generic and slow to be effective. It wasn’t just about the technical failure, but how much time and energy I wasted trying to get things back on track. Support didn’t seem equipped to handle repeated issues efficiently, and I had to spend hours troubleshooting on my own. All this happened before I could even explore training or utilize the database feature comfortably. I appreciate the concept, but the actual execution around access and stability left me feeling pretty annoyed and I haven’t touched the software since.
