The effort side before the smooth sailing
Looking back after months of using WFHI's software, I realize how much groundwork I had to clear before things became straightforward. The sign-up and invoicing processes were quite standard and user-friendly, but the initial setup required a lot of trial and error on my part. I had to figure out the intricacies of their database feature and how to integrate it properly into my existing workflow. The training provided was helpful but didn't cover every detail, so some questions lingered until I experimented repeatedly. Automatic updates brought changes that sometimes felt abrupt; I had to adapt almost every time a new feature was pushed. The dialer and calling tools worked fairly well in practice though their full potential only clicked once I’d tamed the learning curve. Support was available, but I often found myself waiting or navigating basic troubleshooting myself before reaching a helpful agent. Overall, the experience was definitely worth the effort, but I wouldn’t call it plug-and-play. It’s clear that to fully benefit from WFHI’s services, you need to invest time upfront to work out several operational details for yourself, which in the long run made the whole system valuable and reliable to use.
