Looking back on my experience with the sales process, I realize that engaging with the team was more laborious than I initially anticipated. Responses were often delayed, and at times it felt like I was chasing for updates or clarifications rather than having a smooth, proactive communication channel. The sign-up process was reasonably straightforward, which I can acknowledge as one positive aspect. However, the invoicing and payment procedures seemed to take a while to get formally sorted out, adding to the overall sluggishness. The onboarding information I received was not always consistent, which made my decision-making harder. It was only after several calls and emails that my queries started to be answered properly. While this experience made me appreciate the software itself more, the front-end sales and pre-purchase interactions could have been far better handled to reduce unnecessary time and effort for new customers.
