The effort it took wore me down
At the start, I was hopeful about the telephonic support provided during onboarding, as the representatives seemed polite and tried to help with my queries. However, as the days went by, I found the communication lacking clarity and consistency. The updates to the software, meant to enhance the calling tools and database features, often introduced new confusing labels and options that required additional calls to support. Each time I contacted support, I was greeted with friendly voices but struggled to get precise or confident answers about why certain features didn't work as expected. The sign-up and payment processes were straightforward initially, but follow-up invoices and automatic updates complicated tracking my services. While I appreciate that the company makes an effort with training materials and aims to support us, the lack of clear guidance and slow follow-up calls undermined my confidence. It took a lot of perseverance from my side to keep pushing through the onboarding process, yet I ended feeling quite frustrated and uncertain if I was getting full value from the product. I wish the support system was more proactive and decisive, especially when automatic updates change the software's look and functionality. Ultimately, although there was some effort on their part, the experience was exhausting and did not give me the reassurance I sought.
