The effort it took was quite noticeable
Over the past week, I've used the WFHI software for managing remote workflows daily. Some aspects, like the database update feature, worked surprisingly well and streamlined some of my usual tasks. However, the calling tools occasionally lagged, making dialing out feel a bit cumbersome and slowing down the process I thought would be faster by now. The onboarding process took more effort than I expected; while the initial training was clear, adapting the software to my specific workflow required a lot of trial and error. I found the automatic updates both a blessing and a hurdle because while they added new features, some rearranged menu items confused me during busy hours. The telephonic support was polite and responded reasonably quickly, but I sometimes had to repeat my issues, which added to my frustration. As for sign-up and payment, those steps went smoothly, which was a relief amidst other challenges. Overall, while parts of the software came through well, the inconsistent performance made the whole experience feel like a mix of progress and setbacks. I am still hopeful it will improve as I keep using it more.
