The effort it took to understand the offerings
When I first signed up, I thought WiFHI’s onboarding was going to be straightforward, but honestly, it took a bit of digging to understand all the software features and training modules fully. The initial explanation was clear, but as I tried to set up my workflows, I found myself looping back to the resources to clarify small things. The dialer tool, for instance, had a few layers of options that weren’t immediately obvious. That said, the automatic updates helped by improving features silently, so I didn’t have to manage them myself. The invoicing and payment process was smooth overall, but signing up involved a few iterative steps before everything was confirmed. Still, once I got past that learning curve, I felt pretty confident navigating the platform. It’s just that first part which demands your full attention and some patience. So while the support and training is enough if you stick with it, I’d say be ready to put in some effort before it gets easier.
