Support was reachable via phone when I had questions about configuring certain options, and their replies were clear and to the point. The sign-up and payment interface was simple, and invoices were generated promptly. Overall, while it required some dedicated effort to adapt the software to my working rhythm, it once settled, it supported my workflow well and without unnecessary complications.
