the effort it took

i thought that wfhi's training was going to be straightforward, but honestly, it was kind of a mixed bag. the initial setup was smooth, sure, but then it felt like every day i was scrambling to figure out things on my own. the materials were there, but they weren't always clear, you know? one day, i would get something right and then the next day, it was like i stepped backward. i got a little frustrated trying to reach out for help because sometimes it took ages to get a response. it’s not like everything was terrible, the dialer worked fine when it did, but it just needed more structure overall to make daily use easier. kinda disappointing really.
