The effort it demanded was more than I hoped
I found the software itself quite confusing at first because the instructions weren't very clear. It took much more effort than I expected to get properly started. Although I could access the modules eventually, I struggled to understand the workflow steps that were vaguely explained. The dialer setup was particularly unclear, making it difficult to know if it was really working. I will admit that the automatic updates happened smoothly, which was one positive aspect, but that didn’t offset the confusing onboarding. The whole experience felt more like trial and error rather than a guided process, and it left me frustrated with how much time I spent trying to figure things out.
