The effort it demanded was considerable
I reached out to support several times which meant waiting, then explaining my problem repeatedly. While the telephonic assistance team was polite, it felt like it took more effort than I anticipated just to get consistent answers. On the plus side, when I finally was guided well, the explanations were clear and useful, which helped me move forward. Still, I would hope next time the process is smoother because it was a noticeable workload trying to resolve what seemed like routine issues with setup and the dialer tools. The follow-up calls and continuous need to clarify slowed my progress, though I appreciate the support was generally available and patient. I expect I'll need to call again eventually, but wish that future support interactions took less deliberate work on my part.
