The dialing feature was impressive
I had a mixed experience with the software from WFHI. On one hand, the dialing tool was super easy to use and really efficient, making the sales process feel more manageable. On the other hand, I was left a bit uncertain about some features that seemed complicated at first. Overall, I felt a bit better by the end, but it took some time to get clear on everything.
