The dialer setup was the one highlight

Over the past week, I found the calling tools mostly inconsistent in performance though the dialer worked fairly well compared to other parts of the software. I was trying to manage my outreach and keep a clean workflow, but some features, like updating the database automatically, didn't function reliably day to day. Initially, signing up and payment went smoothly, so I was optimistic. Training sessions offered basic guidance but they sometimes felt repetitive and did not clarify certain practical issues I faced after initial setup. Automated updates occasionally disrupted my customized settings, which was a nuisance. The telephonic support was helpful on some calls but took time to get through and sometimes lacked clear answers. On the positive side, the dialer’s integration with the contact database was seamless, saving me time during calls. However, I noticed occasional glitches when accessing stored call logs which was frustrating. Invoice generation was straightforward and records were accessible without problem. Overall, while some key elements like the dialer were useful daily, other integral parts of the software workflow fluctuated in reliability, sometimes affecting my productivity.
