The Dialer Part Stood Out
When I decided to try WFHI, I had a clear expectation based on the promotional material. Upon accessing the software for the first time, the interface largely matched what I had pictured. I quickly set up my account and familiarized myself with the dashboard, which was user-friendly. However, as I began to engage with the calling tools, I realized they did not perform as seamlessly as I had hoped. In my initial attempts to use the dialer, I encountered some lag and connectivity issues that were unexpected. Yet, once I understood how to optimize the settings, it became a functional tool. The database feature, although initially complicated, began to feel more intuitive as I explored its capabilities. Overall, while some elements of the software met my expectations, the dialer was a slight disappointment. I find myself hoping further updates will address these quirks, enhancing the experience for users like me who rely heavily on their calling tools.
