The dialer feature was noticeably smoother than others I'd tried
In comparison to other remote working tools I've used before, the WFHI software stood out particularly because of its dialer. Previously, I struggled with latency and poor call quality, but here the voice clarity and fast response time were quite noticeable. That was the moment I felt I was onto something better. The database integration also worked reasonably well, though I didn’t dig too deeply into it yet. The onboarding steps and training materials were decent, but I'd say my biggest impression came from how consistently reliable the calling tools proved over several days. The signing-up and payment process was pretty straightforward as well, which was helpful to get started without confusion. While this software still has room to mature, especially in user interface, the dialer alone was worth the experience so far.
