When I started the training and onboarding process, I appreciated how the initial introduction was really thorough, especially that detailed walkthrough video—it stood out because it made things less confusing. However, later stages felt a bit rushed, and I found myself needing to reach out for help several times, which sometimes took longer than I expected. The software interface was okay, though some parts were not very intuitive at first. Now that I understand it better, I think I would definitely seek assistance again if I encounter similar issues, particularly because the support was friendly and patient. Overall, the onboarding left me feeling somewhat prepared but still with some uncertainties, mainly due to the mix of well-explained sections and parts that needed more clarity. I guess the balance made it neither great nor terrible, so in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to request help to make sure I’m using everything correctly.
