The database feature was the one thing that reassured me
I went into using the software thinking it would give me a good grip on managing remote workflows, and in some ways it did. I found the database feature especially useful for keeping all my contacts organized, which made the calling process simpler than I anticipated. However, while the dialer was fine, it wasn’t quite as intuitive as I’d hoped. Figuring out some of the settings took more time than I expected, which meant I didn't feel very confident about using all the features efficiently. The onboarding tutorials covered the basics, but I felt like some important details were skimmed over. On the other hand, the automatic updates worked smoothly and didn’t disrupt anything, which was a relief. Invoicing and the payment side felt straightforward, so that part went well. Overall, I think the software has potential, but it could use some polishing to make it easier to get up and running quickly. Still, the database aspect stood out as a definite positive.
