The database feature was surprisingly easy to find
Accessing the main software was a mixed experience for me. On the one hand, I appreciated how straightforward it was to find the database feature; it was clearly labeled and nicely integrated with the rest of the platform. This made organizing and tracking my remote workflows far smoother than I anticipated. However, on the flip side, I struggled a bit with the calling tools and dialer initially because the menus were somewhat cluttered, and I wasn’t entirely sure which settings would work best. It took some experimentation before I felt confident in using them. Over time, the software became more intuitive as I got used to it, and the automatic updates helped keep everything running without me having to do much. So while there were definite hiccups finding some features, the ease of accessing my database really stood out as a helpful aspect that made the overall experience decent enough to continue using the platform.
