The database feature really stood out compared to earlier tools
I had used different remote workflow software before trying WFHI. The first thing I noticed was that while the sign-up process was pretty much the same in terms of ease, WFHI’s database feature stood out clearly. It integrates well with the dialer and calling tools, which I hadn’t seen in my previous software. However, the onboarding and training took a little longer than I expected, and some automatic updates caused minor glitches that slowed me down. The invoicing and payment procedures were standard and worked as intended. Telephonic support was somewhat helpful, but at times I found it a bit slow to respond compared to other services. The software’s interface felt less intuitive for some tasks, which made the overall experience mixed – not bad but not perfect either. Overall, this platform’s core functionalities are fine, with the database much better than before, though some improvements in onboarding and support response would enhance it further.
