The database feature fit well but billing hours were tricky
Considering my workload and the hours I actually dedicate, I found that the database feature in the WFHI software did a pretty good job in organizing and storing client call information for easy access during my work hours. The way it integrated with the dialer also helped me log calls without much disruption, which was definitely a plus. However, when it came to billing and payment synchronization, things weren’t as seamless. The payment window didn't always line up well with the hours I logged calls, which sometimes led to a mismatch between my expectation and what the system recorded. Despite the clear invoicing process, I had to manually adjust my work hour inputs or double-check the dashboard often. This meant the software did the job generally, but I couldn’t fully rely on it to track my working hours precisely as they happened. On the other hand, the automatic updates and telephonic support were responsive enough to help me troubleshoot these small inconsistencies, even if the root issue remained somewhat. I appreciate the practical approach of WFHI, but the one part that stood out was how the billing didn’t quite fit my exact hours, which made me pay extra attention to reviewing my invoices carefully.
