The daily back-and-forth with support took me by surprise
I didn’t expect that after the initial onboarding, my routine use of the software would need this much ongoing attention from support. Some days, the calling tools and dialer worked just fine, connecting me quickly and without delay, but on others, the database feature seemed to glitch or lag, making me restart parts of my workflow. It caught me off guard because I thought the training and onboarding would have clarified these behaviors before regular use. What surprised me most was how support acted day-to-day: sometimes responsive and clear in their instructions, other times responses took longer or weren’t detailed enough to solve the issue immediately. It was a bit frustrating because I had to juggle continuing important tasks alongside intermittent software hitches. On the plus side, the invoicing and payment process remained consistent and hassle-free, which was a relief. So overall, while some tools worked reliably every day, others needed more patience and back-and-forth than I was expecting. Kind of felt like learning on the job, but with a software system.
