the confusing terminology made it hard to decide

I was really looking forward to starting with the software, but the way they had labeled things on their site was just not clear at all. The entire sales page had terms and jargon that didn’t really explain how the software and training would work together. I kept wondering which product was which and whether I needed to pay extra for specific features or training. Even during sign-up, the options and buttons made it hard for me to figure out what I was actually choosing. I tried to get help from the support but it was slow, and that made me a bit frustrated. The invoicing process also wasn’t explained well, and that made me nervous about making any payment. Overall, I think clearer wording and simpler labels would make a huge difference because right now it feels like you have to guess what you’re getting and how everything connects, which isn’t something you want when you are just trying to get started.
