The confusing labels saved an otherwise poor experience
Honestly, my experience with WFHI's support and communication was pretty disappointing. From the start, the wording and labels used in their software were more confusing than helpful. I kept mistaking some buttons for others, and it felt like the instructions weren't clear or consistent. When I reached out to telephonic support, they did try to help but it took longer than I would have liked to understand what was meant by certain terms. On the plus side, the support team was patient, which I appreciated. Still, I can’t overlook how unnecessarily complex the setup felt because of unclear labeling, which slowed down my onboarding. I’m not sure if anyone new to remote workflows would find it user-friendly. Although the database and calling tools themselves were functional, the communication aspect left me frustrated and confused more often than not. I hope they update the interface for clarity soon.
