The confusing labels made logging in a nightmare

I have to say, the software itself had potential but honestly, the wording and labels used throughout the interface really confused me. When I first tried signing up and getting access, I wasn’t sure if I was clicking the right buttons or entering information the way the system expected. The dialing tools had some vague terms that didn’t match what I was familiar with, so I kept second-guessing my actions. It felt like every time I reached a new screen during onboarding, the labels changed style or the meanings shifted slightly. Telephonic support tried to help, but sometimes their explanations made things sound even more complicated. I was really looking forward to an easy and clear process, but the software’s terminology just wasn’t aligned with my expectations. Even the database section was puzzling—I couldn’t tell if I had updated entries correctly or if the automatic updates were working as they should. The whole payment and invoicing was another headache; the instructions were unclear, meaning I had to figure out some parts on my own. Overall, this was frustrating because the software didn’t speak my language. More straightforward wording and less jargon would have made all the difference in helping me get set up.
