The confusing label in invoicing ruined the pre-purchase feel
I was hoping the sales and pre-purchase phase would be straightforward, but the wording and labels in WFHI's interface made things unnecessarily difficult for me. While signing up and navigating through the invoicing section, the terminology used wasn't clear, which left me guessing what some options meant or did. I was trying to set up automatic payments, but the labels on buttons and dropdowns were so ambiguous that I almost entered wrong details. It felt like the software designers did not consider how first-time users would interpret the terms. A more practical approach toward terminology could have prevented this frustration. Unfortunately, despite some parts working okay, like the basic sign-up process, the confusing labels overshadowed those small positives. The initial onboarding flow would benefit a lot from clearer, more intuitive wording. For me, the whole sales and pre-purchase experience was far from the smooth and efficient process I needed, which is disappointing given the potential the platform has.
