The clear step that stuck with me
Looking back on the training I did several weeks ago, I remember the part that really stood out was the clear explanation of the dialer's functionality. It was presented in a way that made it easy to understand how the calling tools would fit into my workflow, which wasn’t obvious at first glance. Even though some of the finer navigation parts were a bit confusing initially, the main concept was clear enough to let me get started without issues. Later on, some features made more sense as I used them regularly, but that early clarity with the calling functions was definitely the thing that helped build my confidence in using the software.
