The clear step that really made sense was the onboarding database setup
Going into this, I was expecting the software onboarding steps to be just a list of info dumps with system setups first, which generally leaves you confused about why you're doing things. What really surprised me was how the sequence prioritized setting up the database first. That allowed me to get a solid foundation of my workflow before diving into the calling tools or the dialer configuration. It made the subsequent steps feel more logical, since I already had a consistent place for organizing contacts and leads. I noticed with other services the dialer often came first, which can feel like putting the cart before the horse; here, WFHI’s process seemed more thought-through. The training followed the same pattern, reinforcing that database-centric approach too. This sensible ordering really stood out to me, as it saved me from fumbling during the early usage days and meant I was more comfortable calling clients after I had the data properly dialed in. Overall, their flow gave better clarity right from the start, which exceeded my expectations.
