The clarity on support calls really made a difference
Throughout my experience with the WFHI platform, I found the support and communication to be mostly clear and helpful. The explanations given during the onboarding were detailed without being overwhelming, which I appreciated since remote software can sometimes get confusing. Every time I had a question about the calling tools or how to integrate the database within my workflow, the support team patiently guided me step by step. However, there was one moment when some jargon was used that I did not fully understand initially, and it took a bit more back-and-forth to get clarity. Nevertheless, the tone remained warm and respectful, and they ensured that I felt comfortable asking further. The telephonic support availability made resolving issues much easier since I could reach out directly rather than rely solely on emails. Overall, their communication style struck a nice balance between technical detail and accessibility, even if I needed some minor prompting to grasp certain elements. The updates and training sessions were explained thoroughly, and I felt they genuinely aimed to empower me rather than just deliver instructions. Signing up and navigating the invoicing also went smoothly once I understood the flow, adding to a positive impression. In sum, the support communication stood out as a highlight for me, even if a slight improvement in initial clarity on complex terms could help others avoid similar confusion.
