The clarity of onboarding labels really helped me a lot
From the very start of using WFHI, the onboarding and training process felt thoughtfully designed, especially the wording on different labels and section headers. For instance, the way they labelled the call dialer settings was very clear and matched exactly what I expected, which helped me get familiar with the tool faster than I anticipated. However, there were moments where the database feature's terminology felt slightly technical for someone new, causing a bit of hesitation until I referred back to the training materials. The automatic updates ran quietly in the background, so I didn’t have to worry about manual installations, which was a welcome convenience. The sign-up and payment invoicing process seemed straightforward, though I noticed the invoice format could be simplified. Overall, though, the balance between clear instruction and more advanced vocabulary worked well; it felt like they were catering to users at different skill levels. The telephone support was responsive too, and their explanations matched the training terminology, so there was consistency across experiences. I’d say the thing that really went well was the labelling during onboarding, which made what could have been a complex start feel manageable and guided.
