The clarity of billing surprised me - mostly positive
What really surprised me about the billing and payments interface was how clear everything was laid out from the start. I didn’t expect the explanations in the invoicing section to be so straightforward and helpful, giving me enough detail without overwhelming me. I even found the automatic updates on my payment status quite valuable since they kept me informed without having to log in constantly. However, I did notice that some minor fees or charges weren’t as thoroughly explained as I would have liked, which made me double-check directly with support. Overall though, the transparency exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to forget how complicated billing can get, but I felt equipped with everything I needed most of the time and just had that tiny hesitation about one part that wasn’t perfectly clear at first glance.
