The calling tools really stood out, in both good and not-so-good ways
Coming from other remote workflow setups, I noticed right away that the WFHI calling tools and dialer did improve my day-to-day tasks. They’re intuitive in many ways, with good integration to the database feature, letting me access contact info while on calls. However, in contrast to prior experiences, the sign-up and invoicing process wasn’t quite as seamless as I expected. It was somewhat slow and left me double-checking details about charges and billing cycles, which were clearer in other platforms I’ve used. Training and onboarding were decent, but could’ve been more detailed in explaining the setup and billing steps upfront. On the support front, telephonic assistance was responsive but sometimes took longer than I hoped to get help on the issues I encountered, which did hold me back a bit. The automatic updates worked fine, although I felt they should come with more notifications explaining what changes were made after installation. Despite those mix points, I found the core software and calling features valuable, and the database component genuinely matched my workflow needs better than previous software I tried. It’s a bit of a trade-off honestly, where one aspect shines but another leaves room for improvement.
