The billing labels made the process more effortful than necessary
I was hoping the billing and payments section would be straightforward, but I found the wording and labels quite confusing overall. It took quite a bit of effort just to understand what each charge referred to. The descriptions often didn’t seem intuitive, which meant I had to double-check repeatedly before proceeding. On the positive side, the invoices themselves were clear once I finally got to them, and the payment process went through without any glitches. However, the initial navigation and understanding of payment terms demanded more time and patience than I expected. This detracted from what should have been a smooth experience. I also found myself pausing during the sign-up flow, trying to ensure I was clicking on the right options due to ambiguous labels. Although I appreciate the update reminders that keep the software current, they didn’t really help clarify the billing terminology. Overall, while it is functional, I think the billing presentation could definitely be simplified and made more user-friendly to reduce repeated checks and save time for users like me.
