The billing fit well enough but not perfectly
When I first saw the billing setup, it seemed like it could adapt well to the actual hours I worked, but now I notice a slight mismatch. Some of the session time tracking seemed off by a few minutes, which added up over the month. On the plus side, the payment process itself was simple to follow and invoices were promptly sent. I also appreciated the clear breakdown provided in the billing dashboard, making it easier to understand costs. However, the system could be more flexible to better accommodate unexpected variations in my work hours, which is something I found a bit frustrating. Still, overall it fits its purpose with some caveats.
