The amount of effort was more than expected
When I first signed up and saw the features promised, I had some doubts about how everything would fall into place, but I thought it'd be straightforward enough. The onboarding process required quite a bit of my time, trying to understand the database setup and how the dialer integrated with real workflows. While the automatic updates seemed smooth, I found myself spending more hours tinkering with settings than I anticipated. The software overall is functional, but the initial setup felt a bit distant from what I had envisioned. I was hoping for a more guided experience with fewer manual adjustments, especially since the calling tools need some fine-tuning to align perfectly with my work patterns. Support was available, but calls often involved waiting, which added to the frustration. I can't say the sign-up or payment process was bad; that at least was clear and straightforward. Still, navigating through various modules took more effort than I thought it would, leaving me unsure if this would fully meet my expectations in the long run. It's not a complete loss, but definitely not what I hoped for in terms of ease and efficiency.
