The access issues got really frustrating

I was trying to get the software set up so I could manage my tasks remotely, but I kept running into access problems that really slowed me down. Sometimes the system would timeout unexpectedly, and I'd have to log in again, which was annoying during a long call session. The database syncing also felt patchy at times; records wouldn't update when I expected, and that caused confusion. The one positive was that the dialer itself was quite responsive once I got it working. However, when things went wrong, there was no clear notification or guidance on what to do next, which made me feel stuck. I reached out to support a few times, but the process involved long waits on the phone and repeating my issue more than once. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward and worked fine, so at least that part was smooth. Overall, the software has potential but needs better error handling and more reliable access so I wouldn't have to waste time fixing problems constantly. I hope future updates will address these issues because right now it feels inconsistent and frustrating to use on a busy day.
