that one upfront call step, seriously
I've had to explain remote workflows and onboarding steps many times before, so when I went through the WFHI software setup, I was mainly looking for straightforward and logical sequencing. Most parts were fine, but it was the initial call setup step that really stood out — it’s placed right before you’d expect it, but felt oddly lengthy and perhaps unnecessary at that point. It almost felt like they assumed you’d rather dive into the dialer early, which wasn’t what I needed. Other steps followed an expected flow, like database integration and automatic updates, which felt smoother. Support communication was decent, though sometimes a bit too scripted. I appreciate how the priority assistance line was always reachable, but the process overall could trim the upfront call part for efficiency. Honestly, I’ve explained onboarding flows plenty; this one’s fine except that single step threw me off more than once.
