That One Moment with Support Was Spot On
Overall, the setup phase felt pretty straightforward, which was a relief since I was a bit anxious about the software onboarding. Most of the initial configurations were one-time things, like setting up the database and getting access to the calling tools. I appreciated how automatic updates meant I didn’t have to worry about staying current, which took some pressure off. Calling features worked smoothly during the week, though I noticed I needed to call support a couple of times for minor issues with the dialer; each time the staff was helpful. The standout moment was when I had to understand some specific workflows — the telephonic support provided a clear explanation quickly. After that, it was mostly hands-off, just ongoing usage and some minor adjustments. The only small reservation is that some initial instructions weren’t detailed enough, so a few things took trial and error before I fully grasped them. But overall, the blend between one-off setup and ongoing support met my expectations well, making it reasonably easy to stay on track with my remote workflow.
