That one moment when order fell apart

When I was going through the onboarding steps with the support team, there was this one point where everything seemed to stall. I was trying to set up the calling tools integrated with the dialer, but the guidance seemed scattered and not quite in a logical sequence. The agent jumped from explaining the database feature to invoicing without finishing the previous discussion, which left me confused about how to proceed. Though I’ll admit that once I finally got used to the interface, the automatic updates seemed fine and didn’t interrupt my workflow. But the overall communication during those initial steps was frustrating. There wasn't a clear sequence that made sense to me, and sometimes I got conflicting info about when telephonic support would be available practical hours. It felt like the support and onboarding could have been planned better to avoid these confusing moments. I was trying hard to keep pace, but without a logical flow, a lot of the training and software setup dragged on unnecessarily. That one moment where I tried to get a simple explanation on the dialer configuration really highlighted what wasn’t working.
