At first, setting up the software felt like a task with many one-off steps, but soon I realized that ongoing adjustments were needed as well. During the initial training, I thought everything would be a one-time deal, but the onboarding flow made it clear that some features required continuous attention. For example, updating the database and familiarizing myself with the dialer involved a bit of an ongoing learning curve. The support and training sessions helped clarify these nuances, although I had to revisit some sections multiple times before it clicked properly. Overall, the training was comprehensive, covering both setup and daily use, which is essential for remote workflows. There was just that small reservation — I wish the distinction between one-off setup and ongoing tasks had been emphasized more upfront. But once I grasped it, using the calling tools became smoother across the week. The automatic updates didn’t disrupt workflow, which I appreciated. So while the onboarding wasn’t instantly intuitive in full, the combination of training and continuous exploration helped me reach a comfortable place with the software.
