That moment when the setup fell into place
I had been going through the onboarding steps with WFHI’s software and training, trying to get everything set just right. Initially, it felt a bit like a marathon, figuring out which parts needed only a one-time setup and which had to be revisited regularly. The database aspect was especially tricky for me, but once I understood that entering the bulk of client info was mostly a one-off task, it clicked. Then the ongoing updates to calling tools felt less intimidating because I could schedule them instead of scrambling each week. The onboarding flow itself took longer than I’d hoped, but it was clear that it was designed to separate the initial groundwork from the routine tasks ahead. I think the thing that really cemented my understanding was when the dialer started working smoothly with the database, without needing constant manual tweaks. It was frustrating at first, and I had explained this confusion about ongoing versus one-off setup to support multiple times, but once it made sense, my weariness eased. The automatic updates felt like a relief compared to the manual adjustments I used to dread. Overall, the experience taught me to budget my time differently between initial setup and maintenance. I’m aware it’s not always straightforward, especially when juggling several workflows, but recognizing this division was the key for me. I expect I will get more comfortable as I use the software more, but for now, that moment when the pattern became clear stands out.
