I remember when I first started signing up and using the software, I kept hitting these moments where labels and button names didn’t immediately make sense. I would try to figure out if ‘call history’ meant recorded calls or just the logs and the difference wasn’t obvious at first. Even for things like the database or dialer settings, the wording sometimes felt a bit off in terms of clarity. But then, after spending some time with the training and the onboarding flow, those labels started to click and the whole interface became a lot more intuitive. What stood out most is that initial confusion was quickly replaced by that satisfying feeling of figuring out what everything actually meant. It definitely took a bit of patience, but as soon as the software’s language aligned with what I expected, using the tools became much easier and enjoyable. The whole process made me appreciate why clear wording is so important, and it’s the part I’ll remember most about my experience here.
