That moment when support kinda clicked (or didn’t)
Honestly, my experience with WFHI was a bit of a mixed bag. I signed up expecting a mostly smooth ride; the software initially felt quite intuitive, and I liked that the database feature seemed to fit into my workflow naturally. But then I hit a snag when the calling tools wouldn’t connect smoothly with my headset, and that early hiccup was frustrating. I reached out to telephonic support, and though they were friendly, it took a couple of calls before the issue was properly sorted out. On the plus side, the training videos were pretty clear and helped me get back on track on my own. The invoicing and payment steps all went without hiccups, which was a relief because I was worried there might be some confusion. At one point, I wondered if maybe the software wasn’t really for me, but after a few days of persistence, things started to fall into place. The moment it clicked was really when I got used to the automatic updates—they seemed to smooth out bugs and add features seamlessly. So yeah, it wasn’t seamless at first, but by the middle of the week, it all felt pretty manageable and even kind of satisfying to use.
