That moment when support communication really connected
I had expected the telephonic support to be fairly routine, but there was one call that really stood out to me. I was stuck trying to figure out how the database syncing worked after an update, and at first the assistance I got was a bit generic and didn’t address my issue directly. But on a subsequent call, the support person guided me through step-by-step, patiently explaining what each button did and confirming I understood before moving on. That was when things clicked for me and I felt confident using the new features without hesitation. Most other interactions were less remarkable, neither frustrating nor exceptional, so it's really that one clear, focused support experience that formed my lasting impression. The software updates generally landed without problem, and the training did prepare me decently, but nothing else stood out quite as much as that helpful conversation. I still think some onboarding details could be better explained upfront, but once you get on the line with support, the communication can really make a difference.
