From the moment I started exploring the software and training, I found it a bit challenging to distinguish which steps were one-off setup and which ones would require ongoing attention. There was a certain point after completing the initial onboarding where everything clicked into place, and the process became clearer. The difference was that once the foundational setup was done, daily use felt much more manageable without constant interruption for maintenance. I appreciated that the automatic updates handled many adjustments behind the scenes, allowing me to focus on the practical elements. The sales side also communicated fairly well how the ongoing usage would look, though some finer details only became apparent after a few days. In sum, the clear division between setting up and regular use took a little time to become fully apparent, but once it did, my experience stabilized.
