That moment when onboarding really clicked for me
I have to say, when I first started with WFHI, the training was thorough but I did hit a snag that really tested how well the onboarding process worked. At one point, I faced some trouble with the dialer setup which just wouldn't respond as expected. Instead of panicking, I reached out to their telephonic support, and honestly, that was the turning point. The folks there walked me through every step patiently and explained exactly what needed to be changed to fix the problem. It wasn’t just a quick answer; they ensured I understood the solution properly. That moment, when I realised the issue wasn’t on me but just a small glitch they could sort out, made me feel confident about continuing. The training material itself prepared me to expect hiccups and handle them calmly, which really helped when things went wrong. Also, the automatic updates that happened in the background kept improving the platform without any extra hassle on my side. After that, the onboarding process felt smooth, like a well-oiled machine, and I was able to use the software comfortably. It’s reassuring to know that the initial trouble didn’t derail me, but actually made me more capable and sure about the whole setup and workflow.
