That moment when it finally clicked... well, kind of
So, I started with the training and onboarding for this software after using other platforms before. Initially, it felt like the onboarding flow was a bit jumbled compared to what I was used to—some steps seemed redundant or out of order. But after sitting through the training modules a couple of times and wrestling with the dialer tools, a light bulb moment hit me: the way the database feature integrates with the calling tools actually simplifies remote workflows once you get past the initial confusion. Still, not everything was perfect. The automatic updates sometimes changed settings I had set up, which was frustrating. On the plus side, the telephonic support was responsive when I needed help, even though it felt like I had to explain the same things multiple times. Overall, I’m left thinking the experience is fairly balanced; it’s got strong points like the integration and support but needs smoother onboarding steps and more stable updates to match the ease I enjoyed with previous systems. So, in summary, it’s a mix—some things clicked, others still need work.
